Hosting and server logs: The website is hosted by Alfahosting in Germany. When you visit, technically necessary server logs may process the IP address, time, requested resource, status code, referrer and browser identifier. This supports secure delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted once no longer needed for these purposes unless a security incident requires longer retention.

Interest test: When you submit your email address, the web server sends an internal interest notification to info@gruepi.de. The email address, language and time are processed. No automated message or newsletter subscription is triggered. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The data is deleted when the interest test ends or when you withdraw consent earlier, unless a legal retention duty applies.

Recipients and international transfers: Alfahosting processes hosting data as our processor. The interest notification is handled in the Gruepi inbox. We use no analytics, advertising or social-media services on this website and the website does not transfer data to third countries.

Cookies and similar technologies: The public website sets no cookies, uses no local storage and performs no user tracking. It therefore shows no consent banner.

Your rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and the right to complain to a data protection authority. You may withdraw consent at any time by email with effect for the future.
